What types of supplies do you carry?

We stock a wide range of philatelic and numismatic supplies: coin holders, capsules, 2Γ—2s, flips, albums, stockbooks, magnifiers, storage boxes, stamp mounts, hinges, perforation gauges, watermark tools, and more β€” everything to protect, organise, and display your collection. We are continually adding more Made in Canada products to our lineup.

How do I choose the right storage or display?

Match the holder to the item and its value. Use airtight capsules/tubes or slabs for higher-value coins; PVC-free flips and 2Γ—2s for general storage. For stamps, choose acid-free albums/stockbooks with mounts for mint and hinges for used. See our beginner guides or contact us for tailored advice.

How do I choose the correct size for mounts, capsules, and pages?

Measure coins in millimetres; select capsule inner diameters that match (or are up to 0.5 mm larger). Use 2Γ—2 or 2.5Γ—2.5 holders as needed, and file them in 12- or 20-pocket pages. For stamps, pick mounts by height Γ— width and choose a size just larger than the stamp image; use black or clear mounts to suit your album. For banknotes, select archival sleeves slightly larger than the note so it slides in without bending.

How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.

Shipping & Pickup

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Within Canada, we offer standard and expedited shipping; most orders arrive in three to seven business days with tracking. Items shipped to the United States and international destinations may be subject to tariffs, customs, and other fees implemented by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these fees.

How can I avoid shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding $150 before taxes (and after any discounts) – Canadian addresses only, however. The cart will show how close you are to qualifying for free shipping. We also offer free pickup at our warehouse in Welland, Ontario, during business hours – Monday to Friday between 9am–4pm eastern.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries, via Canada Post. During the checkout process, customers can select their country, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days of date of purchase if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error. Contact us for return instructions.
