Shipping policy

Orders are processed during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am EST to 4:30pm EST, excluding holidays. We strive to ship all in-stock items within 2 business days.

All shipments are trackable using carriers such as CanPar, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post.

All Canadian PO Box addresses will be shipped using Canada Post.

We make no guarantees in terms of delivery times and accept no liability (financial or otherwise) for unexpected shipping delays due to weather, seasonal high-volume periods, lost or damaged shipments, or other courier related issues.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. All pricing, shipping rates and taxes are shown in Canadian dollars.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders of $119 before taxes and discounts are eligible for free shipping* within Canada.

*Free shipping does not apply to any sale items, Royal Canadian Mint products, currency, coins, silver, bullion, or jewelry.

Shipping for Canadian orders under $119 will be calculated using Canada Post rates.

Local orders may be picked up at our warehouse by appointment during regular business hours at Unit 23, 129 Hagar Street, Welland, Ontario. You will receive notification when your order is ready with complete pickup instructions.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties, tariffs, customs clearance charges, handling fees, VAT or other taxes that may be required when your shipment arrives at the destination country. These fees are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your local import laws and restrictions before placing your order.
